Retreats and classes offer a unique approach to yoga, inspired by Vanda Scaravelli author of  (Awakening the Spine). Inviting, a non competitive approach that is both accessible and challenging. Vanda brought a fresh understanding to Yoga based on the principles, that as the body moves in tune with gravity and the flow of the breath in yoga postures, the spine is released in a wave like movement allowing yoga positions to be experienced freely, without the need to stretch or overwork the body. Applying this awareness in our practice helps to unravel muscle tension allowing a deeper action within the joints. The whole body and spine feels free alive and relaxed.

Our courses are open to those new to Yoga, or seasoned practitioners who are interested in deepening their existing practice.

Our groups and classes are limited to 12 people to optimize personel attention and quality of instruction.

This approach to yoga is suitable for practitioners of any age, physical condition or level of fitness. Come and enjoy the aliveness and relaxaton of yoga in the company of like-minded people.
